Equity and Inclusion (and Advocacy) in SWE

In an effort to support all intersectional identities within SWE, we host a variety of events like our SWE&I talks and town hall-like discussions to provide a safe space for people to talk about their identities and how they impact their perspective as engineers. We also have an E&I Working Body (EIB) that collaborates with different members and representatives in the College of Engineering to identify aspects of SWE that need to be improved to better support underrepresented marginalized groups. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact: America (americacastaneda5@berkeley.edu), Mia (miadelarosa1@berkeley.edu), or Vivian (vivian.chung@berkeley.edu)
